Application Support & Training

Support is a service provided by Topaz that gives customer's confidence in the day to day operations of their application, and freedom to focus on business drivers and imperatives.  Application Support will include:

  • Managing the licensing and renewals of those licences
  • Managing incidents and any minor changes that you may require
  • Managing major change, upgrades and customisation that occur from time to time

Topaz also provides a help desk.  The help desk receives and manages your application related calls, Incidents and Services Requests, from the time they are received until they are closed.  The help desk will keep you up to date as each piece of work is progressed, and ensure that you are well informed, and prepared - no surprises.

Topaz also provides specialist and focussed training to ensure your most valuable resource - your team - remain up to date with the application, maximising your business effectiveness and efficiency in use of the application and it's automated processes.
