Topaz is privately owned by two shareholders.

Both shareholders have been here since day one - and still play a central role in the day-to-day running of the business. A close-knit management team ensures each area of our business continues to perform.

Who We Are

You'll find the Topaz offices in Wellington, New Zealand. However, we work with clients all over New Zealand and Australia. We have over 60 highly experienced staff, delivering solutions for both public and private sector clients.

Our goal is always to work as a close business partner, and deliver end-to-end solutions. For many of our clients this means having Topaz people working in-house, as part of a long-term outsourcing relationship. Such partnerships are all about delivering entire solutions.

Proven expertise

Topaz started out as a consulting company in 1992. Through the late 1990s we steadily gained business in government and corporate organisations, and by 2000 we had around 40 staff. We achieved significant milestones in 2000 when we became a Certified Navision Solution Centre and in 2004 when we became a Microsoft Certified Partner and achieved the Business Solutions and Business Intelligence competencies.

With more than 17 years in business, Topaz offers proven systems and processes as well as technical knowledge. Topaz is a stable, assured and successful company. As individuals and working teams, we know from experience what works and the best ways to make solutions happen. We don't take risks with budget, we don't make false assumptions about needs, and we don't deliver technology for its own sake.
